Culinary offer from the St. Moritz Ski School

Thanks to the new Gastro concept at our ski school center Salastrains by Adrian Tschanz, a fresh wind blows in our restaurant which absorbs the speed and energy of the Maloja wind.

The young chef from the Bernese Oberland became known for his crossover dishes which he created using local produce. His cheeky yet charming style is reflected in the kitchen of ROTERMORITZ. Thus our guests are offered a culinary variety and originality combined with the practical location of the restaurant: 

The cozy sun terrace with breathtaking views of the Upper Engadin mountain landscape invites you to relax: Whether before, during or after your Engadine skiing adventure.

Enjoy a snack as you watch the children attend ski lessons in the Snowli Kids Village. Ofcourse, the Restaurant ROTERMORITZ is open to and welcomes non-ski school guests.
